What is the Library Place Pet Policy?
Whether your pet is a canine or a feline, we know they’re a huge part of your life — so bring your favorite friend along when you move to Library Place! Currently, Library Place allows one pet per apartment.

When we get to know you, we’d like to get to know your pet too. An interview is required. Beyond just us getting to sneak a peek at their cuteness, the interview is to see how the dog will live in an apartment. Some dogs need wide open spaces while others love the intimate spaces of city living… and the variety of smells, of course! We do, however, have to be aware and respectful of all of our residents. While aggressive breed dogs can absolutely be lovely and kind, they may make others a bit uneasy. For that reason, we do restrict aggressive breeds and have some weight restrictions.

There is a $350 fee (nonrefundable) for your dog and a $250 fee (nonrefundable) for cats, along with a $250 refundable deposit for both. Yup, time for Boomer to get a job!

Will there be on-site recycling or other environmentally friendly efforts?
On-site recycling will be available. But it doesn’t stop there! There is ample bicycle parking should you require a different “footprint.”

Are there smoking policies at Library Place?
Library Place is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted.
